DescriptionThis Excel application will take you back in time—destination 1986, the release year of Arkanoid!

It includes nearly everything from the original game (without animations or music) and options for smoother performance on less powerful machines:
  • Capsules granting various powers
  • Monsters altering ball trajectory and speed
  • The 32 original levels, plus over 100 additional ones from various versions
  • A scoreboard for the top 10 players

To play, launch the provided Excel file, allowing Excel to enter full-screen mode. Control the “racket” using the mouse; left-click to launch the ball at the start and after using magnetic power.

Controls include:
  • P to pause
  • R to resume
  • V to minimize
  • End to exit (score not recorded)

New features include redesigned and variant bonuses, which the included VBA “Update” module explains further.
